The WorkingAdvantage.com site is managed by Entertainment Benefits Group, ("EBG"), who has contracted with selected vendors and clients to offer you the product selections on this website.

Although we do our best to ship orders same-day, we do not guarantee this and please note there is a 24 to 48 hours processing time for all orders before tickets are shipped. Telephone representatives that speak English and fluent Spanish are available Monday through Sunday. All online customers will receive an order confirmation via email. Please provide a telephone number during the checkout process for us to reach you with any questions.

Many theme parks require under Florida law that multiple day park or event tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. You cannot share a multiple day ticket with friends or family.

EBG is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

For events and tickets with validity dates, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or event date for any reason. Please note that some event tickets must be ordered in association with a specific shipping/handling method to ensure a timely and secure delivery.

Please bear in mind that, although we are open for business, our hotel courier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. To ensure that you receive your hotel delivery prior to your scheduled weekend or Monday morning arrival date, you must book your ticket order, with hotel delivery indicated, by Thursday at 2:00 pm. Ticket orders placed after 2:00pm on Thursday will be delivered between the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm the following Monday. If your arrival date falls near a holiday, please allow 48 hours prior to the holiday for your order to be processed and delivered.

Due to our special contracts with the theme parks and other partners to bring you corporate-only products & prices, we are required to adhere to strict refund policies and procedures.

1. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
2. The shipping option is your choice. We are not responsible for the US Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service in the event that you do not receive your package prior to your vacation, regardless of the expiration dates.
3. Weather, Illness, or any other emergencies do not reflect a change in our no refund - no exchange policy.
4. Errors and omissions on behalf of EBG are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the event that we have been provided with an incorrect delivery address. No refunds or exchanges are forthcoming if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once ticket orders are placed, address changes incur an additional $15.00 change fee, which you hereby authorize by making a purchase on this site. EBG automatically charges you this amount without further notification.

When you place an order on WorkingAdvantage.com and any sites located on the domain with a co-branded domain, we will ask you for the following personal information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and its expiration date. This information is transmitted via a secure encrypted server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard (see Security section below). We will use your personal information to contact you for account purposes and/or to present you with new offers and promotions. Please note that on all correspondence, with respect to sending you electronic communications with new offers and special discounts- you have the ability to unsubscribe from receiving additional emails from EBG by clicking the "unsubscribe" link.

The information contained within this Site, including all images, illustrations, designs, photographs, video clips, writings and other materials that appear herein, may be copyrighted, trademarked, trade dressed or otherwise owned intellectual property (all of which, collectively, are herein referred to as the "Contents"), controlled or licensed by EBG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or are the property of their respective owners.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute, download, and print, in hard copy, portions of this Site for the purposes of:
