The room was clean the staff was great but your hotel could use some updating like the door for the balcony and the shower door and even your iron board it was all hard to open and close like is been overused

The room was wonderful, the pools are great. They had a movie playing every night at the pool. The only issue we encountered was that our door was left open by housekeeping and we were gone all day. Luckily, nothing was taken.
