It was a great time, my granddaughter had the best time and that's what's important. Build a bear great staff and very helpful but should have been more clear about the fee bear with the paw passes! Food prices a bit high but not bad enough wouldn't stay again.

The room was mostly clean, however there was a dried contact on the nightstand, and parts of the rug were sticky. The TV in the kids cabin kept shutting off, and the daybed was broken in the sense that kids could get splinters, not that they couldn't sleep on it. The refrigerator froze our drinks and food and the dial on it was broken so we couldn't change the setting. Other than that we loved everything.

They staff was amazing. The pool looked like it could use some touch ups but the lifeguards were on top of their game. You could tell they all took their job seriously

I liked that the wrist bands were good for enrty into room and all activities including charges to room . Was nice not to carry a room card or wallet
