Kings Dominion pairs world-class thrills with easygoing family fun across more than 60 rides, live shows, and flavorful dining. Conquer the skies on Rapterra, the park's newest headline coaster and the world's tallest and longest launched wing coaster, featuring a 65-mph launch, a 145-foot summit, and three inversions. Families find first-coaster smiles in PLANET SNOOPY® with SNOOPY® and the PEANUTS® Gang-home to kid-favorite attractions like Woodstock Express and character meet-and-greets.

When it's time to cool off, head to Soak City- the 20-acre waterpark included with park admission- with slides, a massive wave pool, and Coconut Shores family play area. Round out the day with fan-favorite coasters including Dominator, Twisted Timbers, and Pantherian.

Kings Dominion's Chaperone Policy

The safety of our guests and associates has always been our top priority at Kings Dominion. In recent past increasing incidents of unruly and inappropriate behavior across our industry and at other major entertainment venues.

We are committed to keeping Kings Dominion a place where families and friends come together to enjoy a one-of-a-kind park full of fun experiences and immersive entertainment.

As part of that commitment, we are implementing a chaperone policy.

Under this policy, all guests ages 17 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to or remain in the park. The policy will be in effect daily by 2:00 p.m. local time -- Kings Dominion reserves the right to begin enforcing the Chaperone Policy earlier on any given day.

The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests ages 17 or younger per day. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay.

Guests 18 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver's license, State Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into the park.

Guests aged 17 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone when the Chaperone Policy is in effect will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Kings Dominion ticket and season passholders.

We believe these changes will help ensure that Kings Dominion continues to have a positive atmosphere where generations of families and friends can gather for a day of safe fun and good food. Millions of guests have counted on us for exactly that, and we will continue to deliver on that promise for generations to come.
