After your purchase, you’ll receive two emails:
1. A purchase confirmation email. This confirms your order but is not your pass.
2. A second email with instructions on how to activate your pass so you can choose your attractions and get your scannable barcodes that can be saved to your mobile wallet for easy entry.
How FunPass Works
Unlock the FUN in 4 easy steps:
1. BUY Pass
• Select the pass that is right for you.
2. ACTIVATE Pass
• After you purchase, you will receive an email with a link to activate your pass.
• For security reasons, this link will expire in 24 hours. You can easily request a new link anytime at login.
• You must activate your Pass before making any attraction reservations on FunPass.com.
3. RESERVE Attractions*
• Choose the attractions you would like to visit.
• Select your visit date and/or time on our real-time availability calendar*.
• As availability is not guaranteed, we recommend booking as early as possible to get your desired attractions, dates and times.
• You will need to know each traveler's name when you make your reservations.
*Once you book your attractions, your FUN is locked so other attractions can't be chosen and you can't modify your visit date or time.
Advanced Reservations are required for each attraction (Signature and Feature) and made on FunPass.com. Some Attractions may require a reservation on a Supplier’s website as well. If applicable, instructions will follow.
4. ENTER and enjoy the FUN!
• View "Your Trips" on FunPass.com to get your bar code to scan in for each attraction.
• Easily save codes to mobile wallets for Google or Apple.
• Alternatively, scan in with your code on from FunPass.com.
• When you arrive at the attraction, head straight to the entrance!
• Each traveler has a bar code for each attraction.
Pass Policies
Valid:
• Each Pass is valid for 30 consecutive days including the first day of use.
• You must visit all attractions during this 30 day window.
Modification:
• Once reservations are made, no modification can be made to the attractions or the dates and times selected.
• This is because when you make a reservation we secure your fun with each attraction and based on their terms, we are unable to cancel or modify.
Refund: You are eligible for a refund if...
• Your FunPass has not expired AND you have not reserved any attractions.
• This is because when you make a reservation we secure your fun with each attraction and based on their terms, we are unable to cancel or modify.

Expiration:
• The majority of Passes will expire on Dec. 31st, 2026.
• Please see expiration details for your Pass above. These details are also included in the activation email you receive after purchasing your FunPass.

Do I need to choose my attractions before purchasing FunPass?
Nope! You can choose your attractions after you buy your pass. Advanced reservations are required for all attractions and are made on FunPass.com—some may also require a reservation directly with the attraction.
When can I start using my FunPass, and how long is it valid?
Your pass is valid for 30 consecutive days, starting with your first attraction visit. You can start using it as soon as your pass is activated and reservations are made.
How will I receive my FunPass tickets after purchase?
After purchase, you’ll get an email with a link to activate your pass. Once activated and reserved, your scannable barcodes will be available on FunPass.com.
What do I need to show at the attraction entrance?
Just your scannable barcode—saved to your mobile wallet or pulled up on FunPass.com
My child is younger than the FunPass child age range—do I still need to buy a child pass?
You can! Attraction age ranges vary, so review details to see what works best for your family. If you don’t purchase a pass, you may need to buy separate admission for your child at some attractions.
Will I have to pay anything extra at the attractions?
Nope! Admission included with your FunPass is fully covered. Optional upgrades may be available, but they’re totally up to you.
Does FunPass include parking?
Parking is not included. Check each attraction’s website for parking info.
Do I need to visit attractions in a specific order?
Nope! Visit attractions in any order you like.
Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
Each attraction is valid for one visit.
Can I visit more than one attraction in a single day?
Yes! There’s no daily limit—go have fun.
Can members of my group split up and visit different attractions?
Reservations are made together for everyone on an order. If your group plans to split up, place separate orders—or contact Customer Support before making any reservations.
