Disclaimer: This ticket is a revocable license to attend BattleBots: Destruct-A-Thon: Killer Robots Fighting (the “Event”) and is subject to the full terms set forth in the Revocable License Agreement and Release. This license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with the terms. Each ticket holder assumes all risks occurring before during or after the event including injury by any cause, and releases Giant Nut LLC, BattleBots Inc., Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, Parball Newco, LLC and their respective representatives and personnel (the “Released Parties”) from any related claims. By use of this ticket to gain entrance to the Event, ticket holder agrees to a search prior to entry, and to appear in photographs and video footage taken in public areas and releases the Released Parties from any liability or obligation arising from the use of such imagery. In the event of any conflict between the above content and the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail. By entering the Event premises, ticket holder acknowledges they have read the Agreement or expressly waived that right and agree to all the terms therein.
