Rising over 10,000 feet above sea level, Haleakala is Maui´s, "house of the sun" in Hawaiian lore. Witness the breaking of a new day at the Haleakala Visitors Center at 9,740 feet elevation. Breakfast will be at Cafe O'Lei at the Mill House. Locally and family owned, the Mill House provides an idyllic dining experience, situated at the old sugar mill amidst a peaceful country landscape. Three plated selections utilizing local, seasonal, fresh ingredients complimented by local beverages will be enjoyed after experiencing a beautiful sunrise atop majestic Haleakala.
