Start your adventure with an airboat tour of the Florida Everglades! Feel the excitement as you glide across miles of river on an airboat at speeds up to 40 mph. Learn the history of Florida’s most remarkable treasure–The Everglades and get up-close and personal with the Everglades’ native wildlife during your 40 minute guided airboat tour.
After your airboat ride, explore our reptile sanctuary featuring over 50 reptiles that have been adopted and rescued including tortoises and iguanas. Take a walk on the wild side with the original dinosaur, the Florida Alligator. Be sure to bring your camera, so you can capture the excitement of meeting a baby alligator!
Be sure to stop by The Gator Grill for lunch before you leave. Enjoy Gator Bites, tacos, burgers, and more at our on-site food truck. Souvenir, snacks, and beverages are available in the Gator Emporium.

Gator Night Tour By Sawgrass Recreation Park
Climb aboard one of our Magical Everglades Night Tours and prepare to enjoy a wild and crazy 60-minute airboat ride through the mysterious Florida Everglades at night. Your Sawgrass Everglades tour will be guided by one of our experienced airboat captains, who have all received extensive training. During your night tour through the Everglades, you'll listen to engaging tales including how the Seminole and panther once coexisted in this lush wilderness.
But don't get so caught up in the stories that you forget to keep your eyes peeled for a heart stopping glimpse of the endangered wildlife as you skim across the glassy waters of the untamed Everglades at night. On our night airboat rides in the Everglades, feel free to let your eyes soak it all in and your spirit soar as you experience primitive nature at its finest.
